Oh death
You who pitch your tent
Above everyman’s roof
Your name dreadful
The breath of man
You make less meaningful
Your time and tide
Predicted by no man
Love, life, laughter, smiles
Peace, hope, beauty
Poetry, dance OMALICHA
You snatched away
Without out consent
If this is a dream
Then I decide
To wake up no more
And if it is reality
In my mat I cover
Myself never to wake up
But sleep on.
But this is no dream
IFY flow like a river
That never looks back
Oh death is this your worst?!
I remember her beautiful smile,
Her beautiful face
Her poetry
Her dance
Rapidly my heart beats
Then i remembered that
“Loved ones don’t die
They live in your heart forever
As long as you exist”.
